1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Radiant Valley Oratory’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Courses and coaching
We may modify course content, schedules, or instructors to improve quality or for operational reasons. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refunds follow our policy stated on the FAQ page. Chargebacks for services already rendered may be contested.
5. Intellectual property
All content, including curricula, texts, and materials, is owned by Radiant Valley Oratory or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. User content
You retain ownership of your uploaded content (e.g., practice recordings) but grant us a limited license to store and process it for course delivery and improvement.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access other users’ accounts.
- Reverse engineering or interfering with the service.
- Sharing course materials publicly without consent.
8. Disclaimers
We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee promotions, speaking invitations, or specific business outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant Valley Oratory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid within the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
